Corfe Castle

Corfe village (not far from Swanage) and its thousand year old castle which was partially demolished in 1646 by the Parliamentarians during the English Civil War. 

Fantastic ruins, with stunning views across the Dorset countryside. Oh and a steam train.

The day we went to Swanage, weather had gone down hill can you tell by the dramatic lighting?

Had to visit this town as I used to holiday here as a child, a lot hadn't changed but a lot had.
